  • MTS: 4887 posts
  • Havaldar: 3439 posts

Pay Scale: Rs. 18000- 56900/- (Level 1 as per 7th CPC pay Matrix)

Eligibility Criteria of SSC MTS Recruitment 2024

Nationality: The nationality of the candidate should be

  • A citizen of India
  • Subject of Nepal
  • Subject of Bhutan
  • Tibetan Refugee

Person of Indian Origin migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Afghanistan, Kenya, Tanzania, Sri Lanka, Uganda, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam.

Age Limit:The age limits for the posts as per the Recruitment Rules of various User Departments are:

  • 18 years to 25 years (MTS)
  • 18 years to 27 years (Havaldar)
Category wise Age Relaxation:
  • SC/ ST: 5 years
  • OBC: 3 years
  • PwBD (Unreserved): 10 years
  • PwBD (OBC): 13 years
  • PwBD (SC/ ST): 15 years
  • Ex-Servicemen (ESM): 03 years
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed Matriculation Examination or equivalent from a recognized Board.

  • UR/ OBC: Rs 100/-
